Hi Kathleen, our community is a garden-style design so we do not have elevators.
My boyfriend and I lived here for nearly 2 years and I can't recommend it enough! Leasing staff were always kind and helpful, visitor parking was easy for guests, the gym and pool were always well-maintained. Maintenance staff was always super responsive and helpful. As a young female, I always felt very safe here; there was one isolated incident of a car break in which was the only safety issue the whole time we lived here (can happen anywhere in my opinion) but BLVD was super responsive and immediately hired a security crew to start doing a walkthrough at night. Move in was also a perfect process, very easy and the apartment was spotless. Very spacious units available as well. We'd certainly resign another year if we stayed in the area but unfortunately we're moving to another city. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for their next home.

Fantastic Community and Wonderful Staff!
I recently moved out of this apartment complex after living here for two years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The community is well-kept, peaceful, and a great place to live.
The office staff, Alicia and Gabrielle, were always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure residents were happy and taken care of — from smooth move-in and renewal processes to a smooth move-out and thoughtful communication throughout my stay.
Chad, the maintenance technician, was very nice and helpful. He’s fast, reliable, and always does quality work.
Leaving after two years was bittersweet. If you’re looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and friendly community, I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough. You’ll be in great hands with Alicia, Gabrielle, and Chad!

It was an amazing experience living at BLVD45, not just for the so well maintained community and very spacious and modern apartments and facilities, but also because of their leasing office staff! Alicia and Gabrielle were super helpful and patient during the whole process answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
If you are looking for a great place to live BLVD45 is definitely the right choice.

I have lived at Boulevard 45 since 2023. This is the best community I have ever lived in. My apartment is beautiful and the management team, Gabrielle and Alicia are the truly amazing. I have to give a huge shoutout to the property manager Gabrielle. I have lived at two communities she has managed. She is a true boss lady and goes above and beyond for her residents. Anytime I need anything I know she will take care of me!

Best place I’ve ever rented from. Staff, esp Alicia, goes above and beyond! I even forgot my Verizon Fios modem when I vacated, and she held on to it until I was able to pick it up. Clean apartments, and definitely in close proximity to EVERYTHING from groceries to school to parks!
